  1. OPAL Teen Drama Program

    Starting February and ending with a final performance in mid-May, the OPAL Teen Drama Program will meet in The Story Time Room in the Oldsmar Public Library every Thursday from 6pm to 7:30pm for improv games, character development, prop making, creative writing exercises, and rehearsals.

    Bring your friends, family, and neighbors out to see our performances! Seating is available or bring a lawn chair to select your spot in the grassy area. Concessions available. Shows feature barefooters, ballet lines, pyramids and more! Our regular Saturday shows run March through October, and start at 6:00pm, with our preshow at 5:30pm.     This Tai Chi program represents the results from years of scientific research and study by the Oregon Research Institute. The program focuses on prevention of falls with regular practice; Tai Chi will improve one's balance and reduce the likelihood of falling. There are eight single forms in the program, all of which are derived from the traditional, well-known 24-Form Yang Style Tai Chi but tailored to adults who wish to improve balance and mobility. *Introductory class on April 25, 2018 *Maximum 20 participants *Pre-registration required *No class on May 28 or July 4
