Municipal Government

The City of Oldsmar is governed by a Council-Manage2022 DIAS CITY COUNCILr form of government.


Within this framework, the City's residents elect a five-member City Council. The Mayor is elected Citywide. 


The City Manager’s Office directs the daily activities of the City, overseeing a budget of $47 million and a team of 160 employees.
