If you need to know if the rink is playable after weather events, you can check its status at any time by calling our Rainout Line at (813) 448-2255 and follow the options to find your park (Oldsmar Sports Complex).  You can also sign up for email or alerts via RainoutLine.com.


Remind App

We utilize the Remind App to send out rink updates or closures regarding weather. Please sign up for the Remind App by texting @hockey1996 to 81010.

OUTDOOR HOCKEY RINK 

The City of Oldsmar is excited to partner with the Tampa Bay Lightning to provide exceptional recreation programs at the BOLTSMAR Outdoor Hockey Rink!  This impressive facility at the Oldsmar Sports Complex, located at 3120 Tampa Road, consists of a 120’ x 60’ covered hockey rink with a Sport Court playing surface.

Features include players benches, penalty box, scoreboard, spectator bleachers, and immense fans to cool everyone.  Programs consist of year-round clinics, leagues for all ages, and special events.

YOUTH BALL HOCKEY PLAY & LEARN

*AGES 7-9 & 10-15

CURRENTLY IN SEASON!

This six-week program is perfect for getting back into hockey or sharpening your skills with sessions on Wednesday evenings! This program includes a mix of warm-ups and organized scrimmages to help develop your child's hockey skills and knowledge of the game.

ADULT BALL HOCKEY 

*AGES 16 & OVER

Join us on Mondays and Thursdays from 6:00-8:30pm and Sundays from 8:00-10:30am for Adult Open Ball Hockey! All skill levels are welcome and there is no cost!

Games are organized by participants and teams are picked at random each time. Bring a light shirt and a dark shirt.

*Gloves and shin guards recommended but not required

*Closed-toe shoes required
