2. Checklist for Home Business Tax Receipt
   Please include the following with the completed Home Business Tax Receipt (BTR) application, to ensure a smooth and fast process. If any of the following applicable documents are not included, it will create a delay in issuing your BTR.

7. Prior to completing this application please refer to the City of Oldsmar Land Development Code Article 14.5 - Home Occupations to determine if the proposed home occupation is permitted within your neighborhood. The Land Development Code is available for review at the Oldsmar Library, within the Planning and Redevelopment Department at City Hall and on-line.

9. NOTICE TO APPLICANT: Processing will not be started, and the application will not be officially accepted until all the following items have been completed.
   A. Submittal: The application must be complete.
11. B. FLORIDA STATUTE REQUIREMENTS: F.S. 205.194 requires applicants to submit copies of all required Professional Licenses and/or Registration as required by the state.
