    Annual Recycling Day offers Oldsmar residents and businesses the opportunity to discard of papers, electronics, and medications. Limit of 5 (five) boxes for shredding / no limit on others.     Veterans Advisory Board meetings are held four times a year at the Oldsmar Council Chamber, 101 State Street West, Oldsmar, Florida. The meetings start at 4:00 PM and are usually held on the 4th Monday of January, April, July, and September. Citizens have the opportunity to speak during Citizens Open Forum, for 5 minutes each.
