    The public is invited to join Oldsmar City Officials and Members of our Staff for our Dedication Ceremony of the Mobbly Bayou Wilderness Preserve Rain Garden. The Rain Garden was created to serve as an educational tool to inform the Oldsmar community of the benefits of using natural measures for stormwater management and filtration. It features Florida native plants that naturally filter run-off water before entering into our water systems, which helps water conservation and decreases the need for fertilizers.
